General Questions

What are your hours?

All 3 locations are opened 7 days a week and are open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm daily.

Are reservations made over the phone?

No, reservations are made either online or in person only.

Where are the trails located?

The trails are located right onsite at each location. You do not need a trailer or need to meet any one anywhere. We go over a map to show you DESIGNATED trail routes for your ride.

Are helmets and goggles required?

Helmets are REQUIRED for any one under the age of 18. Adults over the age of 18 are not required by the State of Utah, however we do have a supply for both children and adults. We do also provide goggles with your rentals as well. Helmets and goggles are INCLUDED with the price of your rentals. You may bring your own helmets and goggles if you would like.

What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations will be charged a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee. We will refund the deposit money less the cancellation fee of $100 for any cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled pick-up date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to the scheduled pick-up date. No-shows are charged the full fees for the reservation made. There is no refunds for returning your machine early. There are NO REFUNDS due to bad weather, including RAIN or SNOW. Please make sure you check the weather prior to booking your rental. No exceptions will be made.

Do you offer guided tours?

No, all of our rentals are NOT guided. We do go over a map and give directions on where to go during your rental period. The machines all include built in navigation with the maps to show you where to go as well.

Where can I park my vehicles?

Parking for your rental period is only allowed in the dirt parking lot across from our drive way. You will see arrows and signs that point you in the right directions.

Where are you located? How many locations do you offer?

We have 3 locations now. Make sure that when you make your reservation, that you are booking for the correct location. If you hoover of the BOOK NOW on the main bar menu, it will list our 3 locations.

Who is Brian Head Outdoor Adventures?

We have previously been Brian Head Outdoor Adventures for the last 7 years. Now with opening our 3rd location this year have decided to change our company name to Utah ATV Rentals. We apologize in advance for any confuision you may have while making your reservation and receiving confirmation.

What type of machines do you offer?

You can find all information on machine availability, time slot’s and pricing by hoovering of the BOOK NOW in the menu bar on the main page. You must select which location you wish to book at. We have 3 locations.

We offer brand new machines every year. Currently we have brand new 2021. We offer the following types:

2 Seater Polaris Razors XP 1000

2 Seater Polaris Razors Turbos

4 Seater Polaris Razors XP 1000

4 Seater Polaris Razors Turbos

6 Seater Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000

All machines include built in navigation, back up camera’s, blue tooth and speakers.

What is the Damage Waiver?

A DAMAGE WAIVER, is not insurance, however it does cover you in the event of an accident. Your deductible is $1500 on all XP 1000 models 2021 and newer and $3000 on all Turbo’s models 2021 and newer.

Age Requirement to DRIVE?

You must be over the age of 18 with a valid drivers license to rent or DRIVE any machine that is not a TURBO.

You must be over the age of 25 with a valid drivers license to rent or DRIVE any TURBO.

No exceptions will be made.

Can I complete paper work ahead of arriving?

Yes, you can complete the waiver before arriving. You must complete a waiver for EACH participant in each machine, whether they are driving the machine or are just a passenger.

You can also watch the required safety video online prior to arrive to your reservation time.

Do you offer 4 Wheelers or Dirt bike's?

No, we do not offer any 4 wheelers or dirt bike rentals.
